Cover and Fight Acne at the same time? Neutrogena SkinClearing Foundation and Concealer Review

Neutrogena SkinClearing oil-free makeup
This foundation claims to not clog pores, control shine with natural looking coverage and rapidly cuts through oil for fast acne relief. I got mine from RiteAid for $14.49, for a drugstore foundation, this seems to be on the pricey side. Mine is in the shade 20 natural ivory, it was the 2nd to lightest shade.  The lightest shade seems to have a warmer undertone that was only a tad bit lighter, this one has more pink in it for my cooler/neutral undertone.

(before)(after)
This is one light layer of the foundation, I buffed it into my skin in circular motions with a dense brush. The consistency was thin and very easy to blend. It covered my redness very well and seems to make my skin a little brighter. It sets to a matte finish, so I don't recommend this people with dry skin, it will show some of your patchy spots. This foundation contains 0.5% Salicylic Acid for acne treatment.

Neutrogena SkinClearing blemish concealer

This concealer also claims to treat blemishes with Salicylic Acid, similar claims as the foundation. I got mine for $10.29 in the shade 05 fair, this was the lightest shade. I decided to get the lightest shade for the concealer so I can use it highlight and brighten the discoloration parts on my skins. The consistency of this concealer is very similar to the foundation but a bit creamier and thicker, but it has a better coverage than the foundation.
